These Terms and Conditions govern your use of IoTegra Solutions LLC's temperature and environmental monitoring services, website, and customer dashboard. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

SMS Alert Notification Program

📱 IoTegra Temperature Alert SMS Program

Program Name: IoTegra Solutions — Temperature & Environmental Alert Notifications

Description: By opting in, you will receive automated SMS text messages from IoTegra Solutions alerting you when sensor readings at your facility exceed or fall below your configured temperature or environmental thresholds. These are operational alert messages intended to help you prevent equipment failures, product loss, and compliance violations.

Opt-Out / Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enable alerts, update your notification settings in the IoTegra dashboard.
Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at info@iotegrasolutions.com or call (423) 304-2532.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on sensor alert conditions at your facility. You will only receive messages when a sensor reading triggers an alert threshold you have configured.
Privacy: Your phone number and personal information will never be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for any purpose. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Service Terms

IoTegra Solutions provides temperature and environmental monitoring services on a monthly subscription basis. Service terms include:

Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with no penalties.
Upon cancellation, IoTegra will retrieve all installed sensors and gateway hardware.
Hardware provided under the subscription remains the property of IoTegra Solutions.
IoTegra will make reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
IoTegra is not liable for losses resulting from sensor failure, connectivity outages, or delayed alerts beyond our reasonable control.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use IoTegra's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the dashboard, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of our services.

Data Ownership

Sensor data collected at your facility belongs to you. IoTegra uses this data solely to provide the monitoring service and will not sell or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

IoTegra Solutions provides monitoring and alerting services as a tool to assist facility management. We are not responsible for damages arising from temperature excursions, equipment failures, or product loss, regardless of whether our alerting system was functioning at the time. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active customers of material changes by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.
